Tiba Sidihaiba is the Director of Film and Theatre within the Sahrawi Ministry of Culture. In this interview, Sahara Voice spoke with him about the FiSahara (International Sahara Film Festival), the Abidin Kaid Saleh School of Audiovisual Training (Sahrawi Film School), the Western Sahara Solar Cinema (mobile cinema) and the challenges they face in refugee population camps to achieve the objectives of Saharan cinema.

«Toufa» It recreates the beginning of the arrival of the Saharan population in the arid Hamada desert. This short recounts the suffering of three generations of Saharan women, who with their efforts and sacrifice healed the wounds of war upon their arrival in the inhospitable territory of this part of southern Algeria.
