University teacher and Bolivian researcher, teaches academic subjects to students in higher education in the area of Economic and Business Sciences. Before starting his research and writing, Hael did public administrative work and consulting: at the level of the Chuquisaca Government and the UMSFXCH about 4 years. Participated as a jury in the 13th Sucre International Human Rights Festival.
